1. Competition commences at 12.00 am AEST on 18/09/08 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 30/04/09 ("Promotional Period").

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older

3. To be eligible, entrants must complete and submit their entry within the Promotional Period. All entrants must complete the mandatory fields on the survey entry form to participate in the competition.

4. Only one (1) entry may be made per person and multiple entries are not permitted. Teusner Wines, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Teusner Wines reserves the right to request that a Prize Winner provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Teusner Wines.

5. The Prize draw will take place on 30/05/09, commencing at 10.00 am AEST at Teusner Wines in the Barossa. Attempts will be made to notify the Prize Winners by telephone and email by 5.00 pm AEST on 07/06/09.

6. The Prizes consist of the following: 6 bottles of 2005 Teusner Sparkling Shiraz.
