TEUSNER WINES WEBSITE SALES POLICY:
Sales are available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.
Purchases made on the Teusner Wines website are available for delivery in Australia only. For customers outside of Australia, please refer to our distributor page to find your nearest stockist.
Except for orders valued at $200 or more, freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price. Charges will be indicated during the checkout process and may vary according to the size and weight of your order and your location. All wines will be delivered to your nominated delivery address via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 3 – 10 days for delivery depending on your location.
Teusner Wines will provide a refund or replace stock if the wines are faulty or damaged upon delivery, provided they are inspected within 24 hours of delivery, and the fault or damage is reported to Teusner Wines within 48 hours of delivery.
When purchasing from Teusner Wines, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay. Card data is not hosted by Teusner Wines after processing.
We acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information provided will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 which regulates the handling of personal information about individuals. This includes the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information, and access to and correction of that information.
Personal information provided to us will only be shared, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, where required by law and with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and Australia Post or the courier company that will deliver your order. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with a newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us.
